Keith Moore was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey and Secretary of Commerce to the position of Account Executive in 1997 to the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission. His appointment led to a position as Director of Public Affairs and Community Relations for Prosperity New Jersey, a division of The New Jersey Commerce and Economic Growth Commission.
In 2001, as CEO of KDM & Associates, LLC, Mr. Moore helped win a $6 million brownfield redevelopment grant for one of the largest minority owned construction management firms in the region. KDM has provided new business development consulting services and has facilitated contracts up to one billion dollars with the Department of Energy. RSIS, a former client of KDM & Associates, LLC recently signed a 50 Billion dollar contract with GSA Alliant. the KDM launched KDM International in January 2007 starting operations in Johannesburg South Africa. In October 2007, KDM provided consulting services to Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation on the Nigeria Trade Mission with County Executive Jack Johnson.

Prior to the development of KDM & Associates, LLC, Keith Moore graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1981. Upon college graduation, Keith Moore became the youngest hire to XEROX Corporation in Columbus Ohio as an Account Executive directly from College responsible for selling Ethernet to Ohio state government and the legal and insurance sector of Columbus Ohio. In 1991, Keith Moore established a development and construction firm focusing on commercial and government contracts for painting and wall paper installation. The firm was later converted into a family owned Real Estate and Development company named after Keith’s father- G.T. Moore Investments, LLC. Keith Moore was appointed to Ohio Wesleyan‘s Board of Directors Alumni Association in 2000. Keith Moore has received many community service awards and has been a guest on several talk shows during his tenure as a business man in New Jersey. Keith is father to Keisha Moore 23, and Kiana Moore 20.
