Kevin Bell is President/CEO of KEVIN BELL consulting (KB). “KB” is a California based company located in The City of Los Angeles. The consulting group functions include Real Estate Consulting, Multi-Design Development, Environmental Management, Program, and Project Management.
Current responsibilities include Site Assessment: property evaluation, due diligence, establish strategic alliance, negotiate real transaction. Site Development: Site Planning & Design, Pre-Planning meetings with City Planner, Facilitate Entitlement process and or Conditional Use Permit, Design Development: Coordinate Architectural/Engineering construction documents, Civil Engineering Package, Soils Testing, Architectural Landscape, etc. Permit Processing: Implement permit process, utility coordination, and demolition, Coordinate construction bid package schedule pre-construction meetings, construction management.
Kevin was born in Neptune New Jersey a small neighborhood community where he began a career as a construction laborer. After (1) one year of laboring he decided designing buildings was the preferred career choice. Shortly thereafter Kevin enrolled at Union Technical Institute, a regional technical school located in New Jersey. There he studied Computer Aided Design & Engineering Drawing. After earning an Associates Certificate Kevin began his career working at SAMUEL P. ABATE Architect & Associates. After several years with the firm Kevin enrolled at the University Of Tuskegee School Of Architecture.
Kevin developed multiple talents throughout his career with various architectural & engineering firms, as well as major corporations. The responsibilities included, project designer, team leader, project manager, account executive, business development manager, and managing director. Industries served include Residential housing developments, Commercial office, hospitality, & retail developments, Industrial warehouses, Churches and Educational centers. Over the years Kevin discovered that his background fit a constant changing, industrious development industry, and began creating alliances with various private and public sector organizations.
Kevin is also engaged in the nationwide initiative regarding redevelopment within urban communities throughout major cities in America. Kevin served as Vice Chairman of Membership, for the URBAN LAND INSTITUTE “ULI”, member of International Council Shopping Centers “ICSC”, also served as Political Affairs Committee member for BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION “BIA”. Kevin is an active member of the political process in supporting the state of California, and the nation’s bi-partisan initiative for emerging countries. Today, Kevin devotes time launching business partnership, and is an active proponent of community outreach, and redevelopment initiatives.
